Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate The Evergreen Clinic Kirkland, WA |
I believe that you have the ability to create positive change. Sometimes you can do it on your own, and sometimes you need help. We will examine the areas of your life that impact you negatively and search for relief. We will explore your strengths and use them to elicit positive change. We will learn about the thoughts and emotions that work you and strive to reduce reactivity. I have confidence that if you engage in this process, you will gain a better understanding of yourself and how you relate to others. This can give you the insight and clarity you need to make positive changes in your life.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate licensed to practice in Washington State. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Leadership Institute of Seattle at Saybrook University. My undergraduate degree is from Western Washington University in the field of education. Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent many years teaching instrumental music and leadership to all grade levels. I look forward to working with individuals, couples, and families as they move towards the life they want to live.
Outside of the office I enjoy going hiking with my family, reading good books by the fire, and making music.
